Cookie
Policy.
A clear record of the browser storage used by TRIVO and the choices available to you.
Effective date: 2 September 2026TRIVO does not currently use analytics, advertising or social-media cookies on its public website or platform. The application uses one strictly necessary first-party cookie to keep an authenticated user signed in.
1. Who operates TRIVO
This Cookie Policy is issued by STANDARD DIGITAL SOLUTION SRL, operator of TRIVO.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text records that a website asks a browser to store or return. They can support essential functions such as authentication, remember preferences or, where implemented and lawfully permitted, measure use of a website. Similar technologies can include local storage, pixels and software development kits.
3. Cookie used by the TRIVO application
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Type and duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| trivo_session | TRIVO / first party | Authenticates a signed-in user and protects access to the correct TRIVO account and company workspace. | Strictly necessary; up to 30 days. HttpOnly and SameSite=Strict; sent over HTTPS with the Secure attribute. |
The cookie contains a random session token. The server stores only the corresponding token hash with its user and expiry record. Signing out instructs the browser to delete the cookie and invalidates the server session.
4. Public website and forms
The TRIVO landing page, subscription-launch page, legal pages and contact form do not currently set cookies, local-storage identifiers, analytics tags, advertising pixels or social-media tracking technologies. Submitting a form sends the information you enter to our server; that processing is explained in the Privacy Policy.
5. Why no consent banner is shown
The only cookie currently used is necessary to provide the sign-in service expressly requested by an account user. TRIVO does not rely on it for analytics, personalisation or marketing. If we introduce optional cookies or similar technologies, we will provide information and, where required, obtain consent before they are activated.
6. Browser controls
You can inspect, delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking the trivo_session cookie will prevent the signed-in TRIVO application from working correctly. Deleting it will sign you out or require you to authenticate again.
Browser controls vary by product. Use your browser’s privacy or site-data settings for the most current instructions.
7. Server logs are not cookies
Our hosting and security infrastructure may generate request, IP, timestamp, error and security logs when pages are accessed. These records are processed on the server and are not stored as browser cookies. Their handling is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to this Policy
We will update this page if the cookies or similar technologies used by TRIVO change. The table above is intended to reflect the live application configuration. Material changes and consent choices will be presented where required by EU and Romanian law.
9. Contact
Questions about TRIVO’s use of cookies may be sent to contact@trivo-app.com or through our contact form. You can also write to STANDARD DIGITAL SOLUTION SRL at the registered office shown above.
